I have used Richard Beckman to manage my rentals for over a year now. I had tried another well known company, but noticed they weren’t advertising or promoting the rental. After several weeks, I switched to Beckman and they had my home rented within just a couple weeks of being listed. We have great tenants. Richard and Jessyca did a great job and continue to do a great job.
They also had to evict a tenant that I had rented a place to. They did a super job getting her out as quickly as possible, and getting it rented quickly.
Living 4 hours away it’s nice knowing our homes are being looked after and have great tenants. It may take a little longer to get a tenant due to the process of background checks, etc., but the whole point of this is to get good tenants, and Richard did just that.

Your vacation get-a-way is located 30 minutes North of Shelton and only 2 minutes from the town of Hoodsport & Hoodsport Winery. Lake Cushman, 10 minutes away, is a large, deep, clear 10 mile long freshwater lake in the Olympic Mountains. Your day of hiking is a short 5 to 20 minute drive from the vacation home, depending on the trail you pick. If golfing is your desire you will enjoy our 9 hole course next to the tennis courts, at the Lake Cushman Golf Course. Enjoy Hoodsport fireworks in July and Shelton´s Oyster Fest in October. Public boat launch to Hood Canal nearby. Scuba diving, fishing, and more.
