Here at the Richard Beckman Group, days are filled with appointments for everyone. The market is really picking up. Buyers are understanding that prices are most likely, not going to go down anymore. Clients ready to sell are coming in from all over the county to list their property with us. We could not be more pleased at how the market is making a real turn around from the end of 2007.
